Shoolini University will host the 6th edition of the Shoolini Literature Festival as part of the much-anticipated Shoolini Spring Fest 2026, scheduled from March 14 to 16 at its picturesque campus in Solan, Himachal Pradesh. The festival promises to bring together celebrated writers, thinkers, artists, filmmakers, entrepreneurs, and performers for three days of stimulating conversations, cultural performances, and creative engagement.
Vice Chancellor Prof. Atul Khosla said, “This festival is organised by students for students, with the aim of inspiring young minds. If even a few students are motivated to dream big and achieve global recognition — even a Nobel Prize — we believe the festival has served its purpose.”
Speaking about the festival, Chief Learning Officer Dr. Ashoo Khosla, the organiser, said that the Shoolini Literature Festival aims to create a vibrant intellectual and cultural space where writers, thinkers, artists, students, and readers can come together to exchange ideas and celebrate creativity in the serene Himalayan setting of the Shoolini campus. She added, “This is our 6th edition in a row, and students are organising it. This is an opportunity for students to connect with the literature in the digital age.”
Nishtha Shukla Anand, Director and Trustee Shoolini University, said, “This is a great opportunity for media and liberal arts students. The Literature Fest at Shoolini University will expose students to the literary world, broadening their creative abilities.”
Actor Sandhya Mridul said, “I am very grateful to Shoolini for giving me the opportunity to bring my brother’s book to Shoolini. Chandigarh is his favourite place and I am very happy that my brother’s book is among the students to inspire them as well.”
