The National Bank for Agriculture and Rural Development (NABARD) is organising “Grameen Bharat Mahotsav – Chandigarh 2025–26” from March 13 to March 22, 2026, at the Exhibition Ground, Opposite Furniture Market, Near Pathania Petrol Pump, Sector 34, Chandigarh.
The exhibition was inaugurated by C. G. Rajni Kaanthan, IAS, Commissioner & Secretary, Finance Department, Government of Haryana.

The Mahotsav features around 40 stalls supported by NABARD, representing rural artisans, Farmer Producer Companies and Self Help Groups from nearly 20 States across India. The exhibition showcases a vibrant range of handicrafts, handloom products, paintings, organic produce and GI-tagged products.Visitors can explore traditional crafts such as Madhubani painting, Gond painting, Dokra art, cane and bamboo products, Phulkari, Pashmina and silk items, along with a variety of home furnishings and handcrafted artefacts. The exhibition also offers regional farm specialties including Pahadi Rajma, organic spices, pickles and dry fruits, sourced directly from rural producers.
